Automated Good Faith Outreach

Our proprietary software automatically connects the jobs listed on your company Careers page with the local state employment service, our network of career development referral sources and the viewers of this jobs board. We engage thousands of referral sources to create awareness about the opportunities within your business. This platform manages job posting and good-faith outreach compliance automatically.

Here’s our method

The back end of this platform is a proprietary software system which monitors your careers page for new and expired job opportunities. All you need to do is manage your careers page and make sure it is up to date with accurate job opening information. Jobs4More lists your opportunities with the State Career Center portal where the position is located and automates the good faith outreach to our career development referral source network. We will list the job on our site; we will list the position with the state career center as required; and we will manage the distribution and announcement process with our referral source network. In short, we broadcast your job opportunities to referral sources in your recruiting area and they send qualified referrals directly to your careers page to apply.

Basic Requirements for Service

Your company needs to have an actively managed careers page linked to your company website. If you are good there, we will connect our system to your publicly facing online careers page.  No internal system access required – your system is your system. We respect that. If you don’t have a careers page or an Applicant Tracking System and you want or need one, we can refer you to a few really good ones out there. 

Cost of Service

There is a one-time set-up charge of $500 to establish the link between Jobs4More and your careers page. After set-up is complete we charge a flat rate fee of $30-45 per posting, depending on how many jobs you post annually, to list and distribute your positions with our jobs board, and our referral source network.

Once you’ve filled your Position

Close the job on your careers page. Our system will automatically close out the job listings on our end and with the referral source network.  There are sometimes efforts made to follow up with candidates and referral status.  You’ll want to make sure to respond to any career counselor follow-ups as well.  Follow-up is important and helpful for the referral sources.  Consideration of their efforts and confirmation are greatly appreciated. We’re building networks here and that means a being supportive of the organizations that are being supportive of our mutual efforts.

Billing and Standard Reporting

We issue job listing statements and invoices on a monthly or quarterly basis. At this time our friendly accounting team will send over an invoice for services rendered during the reporting period. Respectfully, this is due promptly.  At the same time, we’ll deliver a Job Listing report that describes all the positions listing during the reporting period.  This is helpful for audit tracking and can be filed with your outreach and recruiting documents.

Audits Responses and Compliance Programs

If you find yourself in an audit situation, Jobs4More will issue outreach ledgers and detail reports consistent with the audit parameters. We produce detailed reports as requested and required for EEO and Affirmative Action Program compliance.
